Complete Registration & Begin
Once you’ve chosen your services, complete registration and prepare for your child’s first session.
Step Up For Students Accepted
Heavenly Dove works with Step Up For Students families for eligible educational services.
Because eligibility, documentation, and payment procedures depend on the service and scholarship, families planning to use Step Up should contact Heavenly Dove so we can help you identify the appropriate registration and payment process.

Step Up families interested in eligible Inspired Art options should contact the center to sign up for the appropriate Step Up pass.
Attendance days are assigned for Step Up passes so your child’s space can be reserved appropriately.

With years of experience in education as both a classroom teacher and teacher leader, she has a heart for helping children grow with confidence. Her vision for Heavenly Dove is to create meaningful learning experiences where children are encouraged academically, cared for personally, and reminded that their lives have God-given purpose.
Leona Peters — Founder and Lead Educator

Carmen — Administrative Assistant
Carmen serves as Heavenly Dove’s Administrative Assistant and is one of the warm, welcoming people helping care for families behind the scenes. Organized, friendly, and always willing to help, she assists with parent communication, community outreach, donation efforts, and finding solutions when a need comes up.
Most importantly, Carmen has a genuine heart for children and for the people who walk through our doors. Whether she is helping a family, making a phone call, organizing the details, or simply offering a kind welcome, she wants each person to know they are cared for at Heavenly Dove.
