Thank you for supporting Heavenly Dove Academy! We strive to provide high-quality educational resources designed to encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. Please review our refund policy below before making a purchase.
Digital Downloads
Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, all digital download sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we’ll gladly help:
- You received the wrong file.
- Your download is corrupted or won’t open.
- A file is missing from your purchase.
- You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
Our goal is to make sure you receive the product you purchased in working order.
Please note: Because educational resources are subjective in nature, we cannot offer refunds based on personal preference, learning style, or expectations after purchase.
Physical Products
If you purchase a physical product from Heavenly Dove Academy, such as an activity kit or merchandise:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
To begin a return, please contact us before mailing your item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item, if applicable
We’ll work with you to replace the item or provide another appropriate solution.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
